Place the items in their original GORAL box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the package with the provided adhesive strip.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
